Recuperando a deusa do Antigo Testamento no componente curricular do Ensino Religioso

Abstract

The present work will analyze the presence of the goddess Asherah in the teaching materials of the curricular component of Religious Education in the Elementary School course and propose a teaching material that recovers her presence, according to the history of Israel and its culture. This component is provided for in the Federal Constitution and in the National Curricular Common Base (BNCC). This work is divided into three parts: first, analysis of the component of Religious Education in elementary schools according to the Federal Constitution and the guidelines for training professionals to act as teachers of Religious Education; the second part will be a presentation of the history of Israel, its origin according to ancient, new and biblical historiography, as well as the presence of the goddess Asherah in the biblical narrative and in archeology, from Finkelstein, Silberman, Liverani and To owe; the third and last part is dedicated to the mapping and analysis of didactic materials of Religious Education in Greater Vitória from the guidelines of the BNCC, the characteristics of the goddess and her importance and the proposal of a didactic material of the curricular component of Religious Education according to some parameters of the manuals for the production of teaching materials that recover the presence of Asherah in the history of Israel, from authors such as Cordeiro, Otterman, Ribeiro.
