O ENSINO RELIGIOSO COMO INSTRUMENTO DE COMBATE AO BULLYING NA EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS NA ESCOLA MUNICIPAL OLIVEIRA CASTRO, CARIACICA/ES

Abstract

The present research intends to perceive how the Religion Education (RE) can be an instrument to combat Bullying in the Youth and Adult Education (YAE), in EMEF Oliveira Castro, as well evidence its importance in the citizen formation of this public. In face of this context, the main of goal of this research is to Analyze how the RE can contribute to the awareness of Bullying in YAE. Among the goals are to comprehend the relevance of RE to the citizen formation of this public; to characterize the bullying and the YAE in regular school; to verify how the Religion Education takes place in the fight against bullying in YAE and, lastly, to elaborate a course’s plan to the subject of RE in the perspective of constitute it as a skillful tool in the combat of bullying in schools. The justification of choosing the theme of this research was based on the experiences and observations of the researcher as a teacher of YAE in the municipal public network of Cariacica-ES, with quiet restlessness and discomfort (in face of the witnessed situations by the students of this modality, about psychological suffering in recurrency of bullying) which generate in the researcher, a great desire of positive transformation. As methodology of study, it was used bibliographical and documental research. The triggering place of this research is Escola Municipal Oliveira Castro, in the YAE modality, where the bullying still present, and it isn’t always easy the perception of some of the teachers and the pedagogical team to identify this practice. The frequency of this phenom in school environment, generates an oscillating and not enhancer for the learning education.
